Excellent read especially for young deer hunters

This book has several great themes around hunting and life. The author talks about hunting traditions, conservation, maturing as a hunter and a person. It was definitely different than I expected. It was recommended by a friend that doesn't hunt, and I am glad I read it. I am purchasing it for some family members, young and old. Hopefully they appreciate the history of the sport and how it ties to family.
